Mac Store Warranty Policy
Understand how our warranty works and how to initiate a repair process
✅ What is covered
- Operating defects under normal use.
- Technical and mechanical failures (e.g., microphone, cameras, speakers, buttons).
- Repairs initiated within 24 business hours after arrival at our technical centre.
- Possibility of replacement with an equivalent device, if necessary.
❌ What is not covered
- Damage from drops, water, or misuse voids the warranty.
- Cracked screen, worn battery, software, iCloud, or viruses.
- Device with altered IMEI or serial number.
- Repairs made by unauthorised third parties.
✉ How to initiate a warranty claim
- Fill out the form: minha.conta.na.macstore.pt
- Back up your data before sending the iPhone.
- Pack correctly in a rigid box, with protection.
- Disable "Find My iPhone" before sending.
- Do not include accessories (cables, cases, etc.).
- Send with the DHL label that we will provide.
⏳ Processing time
Warranty repairs are completed within 10 business days after arrival at our centre. During holidays or due to lack of parts, this period may be longer.
⚠ Out of warranty
- After the warranty expires or is voided, we can provide a quote for the repair.
- Out-of-warranty repairs do not reactivate the original warranty.
Water and dust resistance is not permanent. Liquid damage is not covered.
