How to return your iPhone

Access your account

Visit minha.conta.na.macstore.pt and fill out the return form. You will then receive instructions in your email.

Receive the DHL label

After submitting the form, we will send a pre-paid return label to your email. Simply print it and follow the instructions.

At this stage, the iPhone's "Find my iPhone" "iCloud" should already be deactivated, if it was ever activated.

Prepare for shipping

Use the original Mac Store packaging or another one that protects and prevents the iPhone from moving. Protect it well and attach the received label to the outside.

Drop off at a DHL ServicePoint

Go to the nearest DHL ServicePoint. Bring the sealed package with the label attached (or print it on site, if available).

  • Convenient drop-off and collection for your orders.

Refund Times

Once your iPhone is received by Mac Store, processing the return may take up to 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method. Be sure to deactivate the "Find My iPhone" feature before shipping.

  • 14-day return period for unused items in perfect condition;
  • Refund may take up to 5 business days after receipt;
  • Customers bear shipping costs and fees;
  • Devices with damage or active FMI may delay refunds or incur costs.
