How many days until I receive my order?

You will receive your order via DHL Express within 5 business days.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to Mainland Portugal and Islands (paid separately)

Is the shipping safe?

Yes. All orders are shipped:

  • With tamper-proof protected packaging
  • DHL tracking included
  • Equipment tested and certified before shipping
Do I receive a tracking code?

Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the DHL tracking code to follow your delivery in real-time.

Is the iPhone ready to use?

Yes. The iPhone is shipped:

  • Restored
  • Unlocked
  • With iCloud removed
  • Tested and certified
  • A secure data erasure, following the international standard (NIST-800-88), is performed to ensure the iPhone is delivered without any previous user data and ready for your setup from the first minute.

Returns

Can I return the iPhone if I'm not satisfied?

Yes. You have 14 days after receiving the order to exercise your right of withdrawal, as per the law.

Under what conditions can I return it?

The iPhone must be returned:

  • In the same condition in which it was received
  • Without signs of misuse
  • With all included accessories and sealed
How do I request a return?

Simply request a return through your customer account on the website or contact us by email or WhatsApp +351 919 919 130, providing:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return

Our team will guide you through the entire process.

Who pays the return shipping costs?
  • In the event of a free resolution, shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • In case of defect or non-conformity, Mac Store bears the costs
When do I get my refund?

After receiving and verifying the returned product, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 days, using the same payment method.

Do iPhones have a warranty?

Yes. All refurbished iPhones from the Mac Store include:

  • 3-year warranty, 1-year battery warranty
  • Complete and certified technical verification
  • Hardware, software and battery tests
