Alternative Dispute Resolution

Should any process not unfold as we would all wish, we provide all the necessary data to help resolve any dispute quickly.

In accordance with Law no. 144/2015, of 8 September 2015, we have disclosed some Alternative Dispute Resolution Entities that can be contacted in case of consumer conflict.

It is important to note that, when necessary, this solution, compared to legal action, is usually faster, less complicated, less bureaucratic, and less expensive.
