Are refurbished iPhones waterproof?

Water and dust resistance tends to decrease with use. As these are refurbished used phones, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the IP67 or IP68 certification remains valid.

For this reason, any liquid damage is not covered by our warranty. To prevent this, we recommend avoiding the following activities with your phone:

- Swimming, bathing, or going to the sauna with your iPhone.

- Exposing your phone to high-pressure water, for example, using the phone while showering or water skiing, surfing, or other water activities.

- Intentionally submerging your phone in water.

- Using your phone in temperatures that are not recommended or in extremely humid places.

- We also recommend not disassembling the iPhone or removing screws from the device.

Please remember that this list is not exhaustive, it only contains some examples.

If your phone has water damage, the warranty is immediately voided. Our policy is the same as Apple's, not covering damage caused by water. Unfortunately, if water infiltrates the iPhone, it becomes irremediably unrepairable.
